1-inch piece cinnamon bark.
3-inch strip orange peel.

2. Lemon and Pepper Tea
Juice of 1 lemon.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
1/4 teaspoon pepper.
1 1/2 teaspoon honey.

3. Ashwagandha Tea
5-inch piece dried ashwagandha root, approximately.
1 teaspoon honey.

4. Tulsi Tea
1/4 cup basil.
1 teaspoon honey.
2 teaspoon lemon juice.

5. Mint Tea
10 mint leaves.
1 sprig rosemary.
A squeeze lemon, optional.

Some different types of herbal teas contain caffeine, but some others do not. They can be used for different types of benefits or reasons, including soothing your stomach, relaxation, and even fighting inflammation. Herbal tea is great to enjoy both hot and cold.
