Proper and healthy food make help to build your immune system strong. The Immune system prevents infection and attack from any virus. Even supplements are also very helpful to build your immune system.  Multivitamin products have a good source of essential nutrients that get us proteins, energy etc. Our body absorbs all vitamins and proteins when they come from dietary food. First we know about the immune system. Immune system keeps a record of all microbes and it helps with defects. Our immune system starts fighting whenever any virus enters our body. Immune system defense against any virus and other bacterial infection. If you have a good immune system it means you are healthy. Many cells, tissues and organs that work together with our body makes Immune system where leukocytes play a very important role in the immune system. In the immune system some types of cells occur that are called phagocytes that chew up invading organisms and other care called lymphocytes that help remember the vaders and destroy them like foe. One more type of neutrophil is found in the immune system that fights from bacteria and prevents bacterial infection. There are two types of lymphocytes -B and -T. B stays in bone marrow. and it works as an intelligence system it finds the targets. -T cell works like a soldier. It destroys the invaders that the -B finds.

How does the immune system work?

It is very important to know about how the immune system works? Our body doesn’t recognize its own. This is called an antigen. Immune cells have special receptors when any virus, bacteria, fungi attach with them it is triggered in the body and starts the process. Immune system stored all the information about the germ and it came into contact with viruses, germs and bacteria. And how to fight it. Because our body’s own cells have their own protein layer on the surface but it doesn’t trigger that. 

Two Subsystem of Immune

Immune system has two subsystems, the first one is innate and the second one is adaptive. Where the innate immune system is non-specific and adaptive is specific. But both are closely linked with each other. The innate immune system generally fights with harmful substances and germs that enter into our body through skin or digestive systems. But the Adaptive immune system specifically fights certain germs that previously entered into our body and contacted them.
